Our story
Turning maps into memories since 2018.
Our mission
We exist to make the world feel a little closer.
Orbitrek Travels was founded in 2018 on a simple belief: the best trips aren't booked, they're crafted. Our founder had already spent twenty years in the travel industry by then, working in it since 1998, and started Orbitrek to plan trips the way they had always wanted to.
We're small-group by design and local at heart. Our specialists live and breathe their regions, so when you travel with us you're never following a script, you're being welcomed in.

Hard-won instinct, applied in seconds
Technology should give you more time to dream, not more forms to fill. Our trip planner does the heavy lifting; our specialists add the soul.
Tell us your style
Adventure, culture, food, or slow mornings. A few taps is all it takes.
A first draft in seconds
A personalized day-by-day itinerary appears in seconds, grounded in our real tours.
Specialists perfect it
A human who knows the region reviews every plan before you ever pack a bag.
Our values
People First
Real specialists on the ground, real relationships with local hosts. Every itinerary is a handshake, not a template.
Deep Local Roots
Long-standing partnerships across The Americas, Asia, and Europe unlock doors that guidebooks never mention.
Care in Every Detail
From airport transfers to that hidden izakaya reservation, we sweat the logistics so you can be fully present.
Travel That Gives Back
We favor small groups, locally owned stays, and experiences that leave places better than we found them.
