By accessing or using the Orbitrek Travels website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Submitting a "booking" through this Site is a request for a consultation — not a confirmed purchase, reservation, or binding contract. No travel services are sold or guaranteed at the moment you submit a request. A booking becomes confirmed only after an Orbitrek specialist follows up, finalizes the details with you, and you expressly agree to the final terms and price.

Any prices, quotes, or totals shown on the Site or in a generated itinerary are non-binding estimates provided for planning purposes only. Actual pricing depends on availability, dates, party size, third-party supplier rates, taxes, and currency fluctuations, and is confirmed by a specialist before any commitment. Estimates may change or expire without notice.

Every itinerary is reviewed and finalized by an Orbitrek travel specialist. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or reprice any request — for example, where a route is unavailable, a supplier cannot be secured, or details change. Automated or AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only and are subject to specialist confirmation.

• Provide accurate information when making requests and keep your account details current.
• Ensure you hold valid travel documents (passports, visas) and meet health and entry requirements for your destinations.
• Use the Site lawfully and refrain from disrupting or misusing it.

Travel arrangements are ultimately fulfilled by independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport, and local operators) who have their own terms and conditions. Those supplier terms apply to your travel, and Orbitrek acts as a facilitator in arranging them on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbitrek Travels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, from reliance on estimated pricing or generated itineraries, or from the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the Site — including text, imagery, branding, and itinerary formats — is owned by or licensed to Orbitrek Travels and may not be reproduced without permission.
